Custom & Made-to-Order Items:

All outfits are made-to-order. We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to:

Change of mind
Size selection errors
Personal preference after delivery

Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled, as production begins immediately upon confirmation.

Defective or Incorrect Items:
In the rare case you receive an incorrect or defective item:

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photographic evidence showing the defect or error.
Once verified, we will offer an exchange or replacement of the same item.

Items reported after 24 hours will not be eligible for any resolution.

Eligibility Criteria:
Items must be returned in original packaging, with all tags attached.
Products must be unworn, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item(s) before approval for refund or exchange.
