At Faiqa Awais, each outfit is handcrafted with care and made to order. Due to the bespoke nature of our designs, we follow a strict yet fair refund and exchange policy.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items:
All outfits are made-to-order. Refunds or exchanges are not offered due to:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size selection

• Personal preference after delivery

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled, as production begins immediately.

Defective or Incorrect Items:
In the rare event of receiving a defective or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

• Provide clear photographic evidence of the issue

Once verified, an exchange or replacement of the same item will be offered. Claims made after 24 hours will not be entertained.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags intact

• Products must be unworn, undamaged, and in resalable condition

• All returns are subject to inspection before approval
